Joyee Lee
Architectural Assistant
Joyee Lee joined Niall McLaughlin Architects in 2023 and is currently involved in the practice’s hospitality projects.
Prior to joining the practice, she gained experience at several design-led practices in Malaysia and Singapore, working on projects within the commercial and hospitality sectors based locally and overseas such as Beijing and New Zealand.
Joyee graduated from Taylor’s University with first class honour in 2016 and from Westminster University with distinction in 2023. Her creative interests lie in the field of physical making and sculpting. The casting artwork “When the Water Flows” as part of her year four master thesis was exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and awarded funding to further develop it.
Joyee has also been a guest critic to the undergraduate studios at the University of Westminster and The Bartlett School of Architecture.
